Brown Presented Trial Gladiator Award by Farmers Insurance

Brian Brown was awarded the "Trial Gladiator Award" from Farmers Insurance "In Recognition of Outstanding Trial Results." This award was a result of the Arkansas Supreme Court affirming the Trial Court's favorable decision on Brian's Motion for Summary Judgment in the matter of Truck Insurance Exchange and Farmers Insurance Exchange vs. Jeanne Estates Apartments, Tony Alamo a/k/a Bernie Lazar Hoffman, et al. The underlying case involved multiple victims of abuse by Tony Alamo seeking millions of dollars in damages. The awards to the victims exceeded $600 million. With the Arkansas Supreme Court's decision affirming the Trial Court's earlier ruling, Farmers Insurance was relieved of any responsibility for the Judgment rendered in the underlying case.
