Brian Brown

Brian was born in Little Rock, Arkansas. In 1984, he graduated cum laude from Southwestern at Memphis (now Rhodes College), where he was elected to membership in Phi Beta Kappa. After passing the CPA exam, he entered the University of Arkansas School of Law at Little Rock, graduating in 1988. He then joined the Laser Law Firm and became a partner in 2000. He is listed in Martindale-Hubbell with a "BV" rating by his peers, the second highest possible rating.

Brian is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as all state and federal courts in Arkansas. He is a member of the Pulaski County, Arkansas, and American Bar Associations. His practice focuses on legal research, motion practice, and appellate law, and he has taught a number of continuing legal education seminars on insurance-related legal issues. Brian has published a book on the American Civil War and speaks Spanish and Russian.

In 2014 Brian was awarded the "Trial Gladiator Award" from Farmers Insurance - "In Recognition of Outstanding Trial Results" in litigation which involved a potential exposure of tens of millions of dollars.
